Network of Care for Children & Families

Based on the success of the other Network of Care Web sites, Trilogy was asked to develop a community-based Web site for the needs of children and youth ages 0-18. The Fresno County Department of Children & Family Services commissioned the development of the Network of Care for Children & Families, which was introduced to the public in September 2003.

This family-oriented site includes a comprehensive Service Directory, as well as critical information on health insurance, child care, school readiness and parenting. The site also includes the exclusive, online version of the Parents Guide, an easy-to-use handbook that provides resources to help answer questions parents and caregivers have every day. Special features such as daily news, private family folders and creative ways of connecting the multiple agencies that touch the lives of a single child make this site an extremely creative and useful tool for families and agencies.
